You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy distribute or use this information or content for commercial purposes.

When you enter the site you will be asked to create a password. This site does not knowingly sell any products or services to children under the age of 18 years, nor does it specifically target any information towards children. The description and specification of products on this website are only approximate and supplied to us by the manufacturers of the specific brands/products. We reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products. We may correct any error appearing on the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring any liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice. Product images displayed on the website are just for demonstration purpose only, it may differ to the actual size or strength.

The prices and offers on the website do not necessarily reflect the prices in our outlets. The operations of the website are independent of our outlets and decisions on special offers may differ between the website and the outlets.  Each has its own remit of decision making.

The price on the website is the price that we will sell to you.  However, when backorders are handled and the price of the product would have changed, we will inform you, and you may opt to withdraw your order with a refund if you would have already paid.

The price of the products will be the price quoted on the website at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) but will not include the cost of delivery (where applicable). In addition to the price you will have to pay our processing charges as quoted on the website at the time we accept your order – unless you qualify for FREE Delivery or a Waiver of the Processing Fee. Payment on this website can be made in Euros by most recognised Credit Cards.

If any items are unavailable and we are unable to supply we will refund these items within seven days of taking the payment.

Credit Card and Debit Card Payments are offered through the MyPos payment gateway which is run safely by a European bank.  The card will be charged and debited at the time of placing the order. If any items are unavailable and we are unable to supply we will refund these items within 7 days of taking the payment.

Refunds on returns will be refunded at the price at the time when it was sold.

You may cancel your order by contacting our customer service department within 2 (working) hours of placing your order. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, you must return the products according to our returns policy. You cannot cancel your order or demand a refund once you have opened the product containers or packaging, or if you have used the product.

Promotional offers are available for a limited period or while stocks last. If your order is received after the offer period, or if the goods are no longer available under that particular offer we will notify you before we dispatch the goods. Discounts on promotional offers are applied to the lowest priced items.

Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Sale items & lines which are non-discountable are excluded from promotional offers. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We do our best to ensure that we have reasonable availability of the products on our website.  However, we do occasionally run out of some goods.  Most products  are available on backordering, in which case we will be sourcing the product for you.  Alternatively  you may use the function “Notify me when back in stock”, the system will send you an email to keep you informed of when the item is back in stock.

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order to the address you specify in the check out procedure.

• Malta STANDARD service – FREE for orders over €30.00 – With this service we promise to deliver anywhere around Malta within 5 working days.  A small-order fee of €3.50 will be applied for orders that are below €30;
• Malta NEXT DAY service – if you choose this service, your order is required to be placed before 15:00hrs (3pm) of any working day for delivery the following day. A fee of €5.00 will be applied at checkout;
• Malta EXPRESS service – On working days, we can offer an express delivery service during working hours. Your order is required to be placed before 15:00hrs (3pm) of any working day for delivery by the evening.  A fee of €10.00 will be applied at checkout;
• GOZO NEXT DAY service – For our sister island of Gozo, we offer a next day service which is limited to Ambient Food, Drinks and/or Toilettries (Chilled/Frozen items cannot be delivered to Gozo).  Your order is required to be placed before 15:00hrs (3pm) of any working day for delivery the following day.  A fee of €6.00 will be applied at checkout.   A FREE service for orders over €30.00 may be individually arranged by contacting our offices.

• International Service – Deliveries outside the Maltese islands prove to be too complicated, and the service has been withdrawn.

• FREE PICKUP Service – You may also pickup your order of any value for FREE from our shop in San Gwann.  Kindly allow 2 working hours for collection from outlets

If there are any shortages or any other discrepancies with your order/delivery, you must notify us within 1 hour from actual delivery. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

We are happy to accept back an item purchased on our website if notified within 24 hrs from delivery of the same said item. Item must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging with all of its components to our head office address (see contact us). The products must be returned at client’s own expense.. We will issue a refund less delivery charges where applicable within 7 days.

Notwithstanding this returns policy, under no circumstance may we accept returns of any of the below item groups:

• Perishable items
• Food Supplements and Herbal Remedies
• Items which cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons

If you are not completely satisfied with any of the products that you have purchased from HealthPlusmalta.com, you must return the item(s) (see contact us) and inform us in writing of your reasons for not being satisfied with the product. If required, Health Plus will contact the manufacturers on your behalf and deal with your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible, and will keep you informed of our progress.

Health Plus welcomes your comments and suggestions on our service, as we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service at all times. From time to time certain parts-of, or whole of the website may not be available due to maintenance work. We shall give as much notice as in the circumstances is reasonable and shall endeavour to carry out such works during the scheduled maintenance periods. Furthermore, the site or parts of it may not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. We apologise for such inconveniences.

You agree to indemnify and hold Healthplus, its employees and information providers harmless from and against all claims, actions, demands, losses, expenses, damages and costs, resulting from, or alleged to have resulted from, your use of this website. This site is created and controlled by the company and its Internet suppliers. The Laws of Malta will govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of laws. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these disclaimers, terms and conditions at any time. If any term or condition set forth herein is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

The information provided on this website is not intended to treat, diagnose, cure or replace medical or specialist advice.
